1. Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India.
  • Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout.

2. Delivery Time:

  • Metropolitan Cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 2 PM IST are usually processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Partners:

  • We have partnered with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order’s journey.

5. International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned as we expand to serve international customers in the future.

6. Order Tracking:

  • You can track your order status at any time by logging into your Tyohari.in account or using the tracking link sent to your email/SMS.

7. Delivery Issues:

8. Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • In case you receive a damaged product, or if your package is lost in transit, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with relevant details and photos.

9. Change of Address:

  • If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to accommodate address changes.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available for selected locations with an additional handling fee of ₹50. Our delivery partners will contact you before the delivery.
